Project Overview:
Sisters in Sweat (SIS) collaborated with a diverse range of brands to curate memorable events that went beyond fitness, blending fun, community, and lifestyle. These partnerships included social gatherings, interactive workshops, and major events designed to foster connections, celebrate milestones, and offer new experiences for the SIS community. The campaign successfully integrated brand activations into SIS’s fitness culture, creating valuable exposure for partners while enriching the member experience.

My Role:
As the Content Creator, Brand Liaison, and Visual Designer, I was responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling visuals, and ensuring seamless integration of brand partnerships into the events. I worked closely with brands to develop content that reflected both their identity and the SIS community vibe, ensuring authentic and engaging activations.

Key Collaboration Elements
1. Social Gatherings:
Karaoke Nights at Bars- Partnered with local bars to host vibrant karaoke nights, blending entertainment and community bonding.
Pizza-Making Workshops- Collaborated with pizza bakeries to create interactive workshops, allowing members to connect and share experiences outside of fitness.
Post-Session Refreshments- Partnered with cafes to provide breakfasts or refreshments after fitness sessions, encouraging members to socialize and relax after their workouts.

2. Tournaments and Major Events:
Brand Stalls- Worked with brands to set up stalls at tournaments, providing them with direct access to a highly engaged and captive audience.
Special Occasion Collaborations- Partnered with brands for milestone celebrations, such as Mother’s Day, offering branded giveaways and unique activations to enhance the event experience.

Campaign Strategy & Execution
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
I led the creation of pre-event promotional campaigns to build anticipation, ensuring high engagement across all social media platforms. Content included visually striking posters, graphics, and promotional materials designed to reflect both the partner brands’ and SIS’s identities.

2. Event Content Production
Produced and edited videos capturing behind-the-scenes moments, event highlights, and brand activations. Delivered live updates during events to provide immediate visibility for partner brands.

3. Post-Event Engagement
I managed content distribution post-event, ensuring timely updates, audience engagement, and continued excitement for both the event and the brand partners.

Value Creation for Partners
1. Brand Visibility: Through strategic social media placements, tagging, and mentions, I ensured partner brands received prominent visibility and exposure to the SIS community.
