To curate and launch a community-driven Spotify playlist that energizes fitness sessions, enhances community engagement, and showcases the personalities of SIS staff and coaches.

Project Overview:
Understanding the vital role music plays in motivating and energizing participants during fitness sessions, I led the creation of the SIS Spotify Community Playlist. This playlist quickly became an essential part of SIS events, workouts, and tournaments, enhancing the experience for members and fostering a sense of connection. Additionally, the Team Playlists campaign encouraged SIS staff and coaches to share their personal music tastes, creating further engagement and an opportunity for the community to connect with the team on a deeper level.

My Role:
As the Creative Lead & Content Strategist, I conceptualized, curated, and executed the entire playlist campaign. I designed the launch strategy for the SIS Community Playlist, including visual assets and promotional content. Additionally, I coordinated the Team Playlists campaign, ensuring it was a personal and engaging experience for both the staff and the SIS community.

Campaign Elements:
1. SIS Community Playlist Launch
Curated for the Best Vibes: Created a high-energy playlist that captured the diverse musical tastes of the SIS community, providing the perfect soundtrack for fitness sessions.
Launch on World Music Day: Released the playlist on World Music Day, aligning the launch with a global celebration of music and its cultural importance to SIS’s fitness culture.
Visuals & Promotion: Designed striking promotional visuals that captured the energy of the playlist and shared them across SIS’s social media platforms, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.

2. Team Playlists
Personalized Playlists for SIS Employees & Coaches: Invited SIS staff and coaches to curate their own playlists, reflecting their unique tastes and personalities.
Photo Shoot & Playlist Covers: Conducted photoshoots for each team member, capturing their personality and energy. Designed unique playlist covers that matched the vibe of each team member's playlist.
Playlist Release Schedule: Released one team member’s playlist each week, playing it during fitness sessions to integrate it directly into the experience.
Engaging the Community: Prompted friendly competition and banter over whose playlist was the best, sparking conversations and fostering deeper connections within the SIS community.
Compelling Graphics & Videos: Created dynamic visuals and videos that told the story of each team member, making the playlists more than just about music but about connecting the community with the team on a personal level.

Impact of the Campaign
1. Increased Engagement: The playful competition around the best playlist sparked authentic interactions and engagement, deepening the sense of community within SIS.
