To launch a fitness subscription model that promotes variety, accessibility, and excitement while encouraging women to make fitness a fun.

Project Overview:
The Multi-Sport Madness Subscription was designed to offer the community an all-inclusive, one-stop fitness solution. With access to 100+ sessions across 4 different sport formats, members could join a wide variety of fitness classes for three months. The campaign was launched around New Year’s, capitalizing on fitness resolutions, and aimed at making fitness exciting, accessible, and fun. I led the creative strategy and execution, ensuring the campaign resonated with the community and drove sign-ups.

My Role:
As the Campaign Strategist, Content Creator, and Community Builder, I was responsible for shaping the overall marketing approach, creating engaging visuals, and fostering community engagement to drive sign-ups and excitement for the subscription.

Campaign Strategy & Execution
1. New Year Launch
Campaign Timing: Leveraged the New Year’s resolution period, when people are most likely to prioritize fitness, to encourage women to stay active in an easy and enjoyable way through the subscription.
Messaging: Created the message “Fitness Made Fun,” emphasizing that fitness doesn’t have to be boring or intimidating. Positioned the subscription as a way to jumpstart the fitness journey with ease and excitement.
2. Community-Focused Visuals
Authenticity: Featured real community members in photos and videos, highlighting the diversity, energy, and inclusivity of the SIS community.
Shoot Production: Conducted photo and video shoots with regular members participating in sessions, showcasing the variety of activities and the excitement of the fitness experience.
Relatable Imagery: Designed graphics that felt personal and authentic, making the campaign approachable and encouraging for potential members.
3. Pop Culture & Memes
Fun Factor: Integrated memes, pop culture references, and playful language into the marketing materials to increase relatability and engagement.
Engagement Boost: This modern, fun twist helped create a more casual, inviting tone for the campaign, attracting a broader audience.
4. Multi-Sport Ambassador Program
Recognition & Motivation: Created the Multi-Sport Ambassador initiative, where standout members were celebrated every quarter for their dedication and community spirit.
Ambassador Rewards: Winners received exclusive products, social media recognition, and were highlighted as role models, generating buzz and motivating others to engage more deeply with the community.
Incentivizing Participation: This initiative created a sense of community pride, motivating others to step up and become more involved.
5. Enhanced Community Engagement
Real Member Involvement: Leveraged the trust and connection with regular members by prominently featuring them in marketing materials, helping to make new or potential members feel included and welcomed.
User-Generated Content: Encouraged the community to share their experiences with the hashtag #MultiSportMadness, boosting engagement and fostering a sense of collective excitement.

Content Creation & Social Media Strategy
1. Visual Campaign Assets: Designed vibrant, visually compelling marketing materials that reflected the inclusive and joyful nature of the community.
2. Interactive Content: Rolled out countdowns, Instagram Reels, polls, and testimonials to increase interaction with the target audience and keep the buzz going.
3. Hashtags & Shareable Templates: Created custom hashtags and shareable Instagram story templates to encourage user-generated content, further connecting the community.

Results
1. Increased Sign-Ups: The campaign generated a substantial number of sign-ups, tapping into the New Year’s fitness resolution trend and offering a convenient, fun fitness solution.
2. Boosted Engagement: The use of authentic member visuals, relatable content, and interactive social media elements led to high engagement across platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
3. Strengthened Community: The Multi-Sport Ambassador program helped strengthen the SIS community, encouraging members to be more involved and motivated to maintain their fitness journey.
